The National High Court of Spain has issued four “rogatory commissions” to the British authorities asking for the exhumation of the corpse of a Basque traveler, Miguel Ángel Martínez, whose body was supposedly sent in 2005 for burial from Sweden to London without a heart and without part of his liver after his alleged suicide. According to a post-mortem medical exam made thirteen years ago by the forensic office of Westminster, both his heart and three fifth parts of his liver were removed from the Martinez’s body by a clean surgical cut before his corpse was sent to England from Stockolm.
